Shipping policy

Delivery

Delivery cost for your orders shall be borne by you. We use Envspace Fulfilment with a standard cost per kg model. The cost of delivery of your order will be displayed accordingly.

Local orders have a standard next day delivery charge of $5 for orders less than and equal to 5kg. Orders are processed from Mondays to Fridays, by 2pm. If your order is placed after 2pm, you can expect to received it within 2 working days.

International orders are also calculated based on fixed rates of cost per kg model. Rates and expected lead-times should be indicated in the delivery selection process. All other orders are processed as soon as we can. You will be notified when your order has been despatched along with details for tracking. If delivery of your product is delayed, we will inform you accordingly and the product will be dispatched after it becomes available.

Pick-Up Policy
For customers who select store pickup, please be aware that orders must be collected within 30 days from the date of purchase. Orders not collected within this timeframe will be automatically canceled, and no refunds will be issued in accordance with our policy.

Your Responsibility for the Product
The product will be your responsibility from the time we despatch the product to the address you provided. You own the product which is the subject of your Order once we have received payment in full for your Order.
