Refund policy

When you shop at Re-store, your satisfaction is always our priority – in the event you need to return or exchange a product you purchased, we trust our return/exchange policy will assure you of our commitment to after-sales service.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of dispatch to request a return.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in its original condition that you received - unworn or unused and unwashed, in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns & Exchange Process

To start a return or exchange, write to us at contact@re-store.sg  

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  
  • If your request for exchange is accepted, you can return us the items. Please note that you will have to pay for the postage cost

Items sent back to us without Re-store’s prior acceptance confirmation a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include a photograph of the defective or incorrect item in your email

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We regret that certain items cannot be returned. 

  • Personal care items like masks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom products like special orders or personalized items


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund will be given. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please not that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
