Design & Marketing Intern

Job scope:

  • Work closely with Marketing Lead to plan and prepare social media content in advance
  • To be responsible in ensuring objectives are met through visual outcome
  • Design artwork including digital and print collaterals for the brand
  • Ensure consistent visual identity on all media platforms including social media, website, EDM, etc.
  • Assist in planning, conceptualisation and executing of photoshoots when necessary
  • Conduct research and create design mood boards for project proposals when required
  • Other ad-hoc projects/duties relating to design, social media and marketing

Requirements:

  • A love for sustainability and have compassion
  • Proficient in creative software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design and Premiere Pro or any other creative softwares
  • Ability to think quickly on one’s feet, a desire to deliver high quality & thoughtful work consistently & effectively
  • A strong sense of urgency, responsibility, focus and discipline
  • Must have a positive learning attitude and be willing to learn

Production & Operations Intern

Job scope:

  • Work closely with Production Lead to ensure day-to-day production tasks are accomplished
  • Collaborate with other production team members to meet production goals
  • Assist with pre-production and post-production tasks including drafting, ironing, cutting of textiles, ordering of accessories etc.
  • Assist with stock inventory, organising fabrics, and packing of delivery orders
  • Conduct research and create design mood boards for project proposals when required
  • Other ad-hoc projects/duties relating to pre-production, production and workshops

Requirements:

  • A love for sustainability and have compassion
  • Proficient in basic sewing and using Excel and Word or any equivalent softwares
  • Ability to work in a production environment and have understanding of the product development process
  • A strong sense of urgency, responsibility, focus and discipline
  • Must have a positive learning attitude and be willing to learn
  • Analytical and detail-oriented
