 20mm - width of collar 

Length (neck circumference) of 20mm : 36 - 51 cm

Fits a Mini poodle approx 6kg to a Mongrel approx 19kg

30mm - width of collar

Length (neck circumference) of 30mm : 45 - 71 cm

Fits a Golden Retriever approx 23kg or bigger

Depending on your pet's individual weight and fluff, upsizing may be required. It would be best to measure neck circumference with 2 finger spacing :)
